OTTO SCHWARZE
Otto F. Schwarze, 74, lifelong resident of Greenwood, Clark County,
died unexpectedly of a heart attack Friday morning, Sept. 14, 1962,
at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Grece Methodist
Church. The Rev. Gene Carlson will officiate and burial will be
made in the Greenwood Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hill Funeral Home from Sunday afternoon
until 11 a.m. Tuesday when the body will be taken to the
church.
Mr. Schwarze was born June 29, in the town of Warner. He was
married Dec. 29, 1915, in Greenwood to Florence Richmond. After
their marriage, they farmed in the town of Warner until their
retirement in 1952, at which time they moved to their present home
in Greenwood.
For many years he served as assessor in the town of Warner and also
served on the school board there. He was a member of Grace
Methodist Church and was church custodian at the time of his
death.
He is survived by his wife and a sister, Mrs. Sydney (Augusta)
Green, Pueblo, Colo.
Five brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.
